04Payment Terms
Some of our Services are offered for a fee. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (such as Stripe), and you agree to provide accurate billing information. Prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; price changes never apply to a payment you have already made.
All purchases are final. Refunds may be offered at our sole discretion and are typically not provided for digital products, programs, memberships, coaching, or services once access has been granted or the work has begun.
05Memberships, Subscriptions & Payment Plans
Monthly memberships
- Memberships (for example, Scaling With Ads) are billed automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime by emailing support@sellinghighticket.com before your next billing date. Cancelling stops all future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Payments already made are non-refundable, including partial months.
Payment plans
- If you enroll in a payment plan, you agree to pay all scheduled payments as outlined at checkout.
- Cancelling a payment method does not cancel a payment plan. You are responsible for the full balance unless otherwise stated.
Failed payments
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or contact you to update your billing details.
- Late or failed payments may result in restricted access or removal from the program.

Our content and services are for informational and educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding specific results, business growth, or income. See our Earnings Disclaimer for details. You understand and agree that:
- We are not responsible for your results, actions, or business decisions
- Any success stories or testimonials are examples and not guarantees

08Group Coaching & Community Guidelines
If you participate in any group coaching calls, office hours, online communities, or private group chats provided as part of our Services, you agree to the following:
- Respect confidentiality: do not share any participant's personal details or business information without permission.
- No spam or self-promotion: do not solicit other participants or promote your own offers without explicit approval.
- Be constructive and professional: we encourage feedback and discussion, but disrespectful or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Our right to moderate: we may remove any participant from group settings without refund if their behavior violates these standards or disrupts the experience for others.
09Third-Party Tools and Links
We may provide links to or use third-party tools and services, such as YouTube, Stripe, or Meta. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or performance of any third-party websites or tools. Your interactions with third-party platforms are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10Affiliate Programs
From time to time, we may offer affiliate commissions or referral incentives. Participation is by invitation only and governed by additional terms. Misrepresentation, spam, or manipulation of affiliate tracking may result in termination and forfeiture of earned commissions.
11Limitation of Liability
